We all are conscious of our identity, but without knowing what exactly it means to us. We assume many things and based on that we develop our identity. Finally, whole life is wasted in maintaining our identity and when we are not able to maintain our identity, identity crises arise. One’s own identity is neither from this body nor are from our relationships that are rooted in this body. It is our behavior, nature, and our deeds that contribute to developing a given type of identity that we are holding onto. Therefore, in order to understand one’s own identity, one needs to understand one’s own behavior, nature, and deeds and how they are created, and maintained?
